First and foremost, i would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the Wellness Centre....ANSSI for treating me in a most efficient way......where i witnessed high level of Patience and Dedication.
Well, my travail with neck pain started in 2019 where i visited a well known Orthopedic in Vile Parle who put me on medications and Physiotherapy (Mckenzie Treatment). I thankfully recovered in few days.
Where i went wrong was that i did not bother to do Neck Exercises as prescribed for life by the Physio and a poor posture.
Slowly but surely it had a debilitating effect on my Cervical....did'nt realise that it would result in a poor prognosis.
The MRI found me to have-
C5-C6 HERNIATION WITH MOD STENOSIS
C6-C7 PROTRUSION
C3-C4 HERNIATION.
Resulting into Pain in the Neck and Upper back coming down in the Left Whole hand with tingling and numbness.
Immediately visited the best of Spine Surgeons who advised-
1. Conservative Treatment consisting of pain killers, medicine to heal the Nerves, Physiotherapy.
2. Epidural Steroid Injection
3. Spinal Surgery to heal the disc bulge.
Was almost ready for the surgery when i glanced upon an Input about ANSSI on facebook. I decided to give a try and visit their Andheri Centre. I had started to work from home but there was one such day where i had to go to office and to my utter luck, i met 2 of my colleagues who had got themselves successfully treated @ the mentioned centre....GOT A REASSURANCE talking to them and knowing how they opted out of surgery and got healed.
My first day @ Anssi- Andheri was all about removing whatever little apprehension i had in my mind. Dr. Rajesh Gayakwad saw my condition and patiently explained the process that is applied...... He suggested 24 sessions.
Mr. Jinesh, the Messiah, was very confident that i was a good contender for being a successful case.
Dr Trishna Sharma and Dr. Dubey took charge, checked my condition...and conveyed the time of the treatment.
Thereon, things started happening gradually once the session commenced. My pain...if i have to mention the gravity.....was like a 100 kilograms of weight on my Upper Back....came down miraculously down to "0" by the end of the treatment.
Dr Trishna had been patiently listening to me and gave me the encouragement without being overwhelmed about what she was doing and how she became a God sent to me. Dr Dubey was extremely polite and they both alongwith one more created a conducive environment in the clinic.
A Big Thank You to the Team would be less for "How I Am Today".
One advise from my side would be to follow the instructions given by them very diligently!!! Life will be better

This is to thank for the treatment of L5-S1 protrusion with paracentral extrusion with stenosis Pain in low back and whole Right leg with tingling and numbness and weakness in the toes at Andheri Branch. Doctors had recommended to go for surgery.
Before healing the pain, the team makes sure that the patient is confident and comfortable with the treatment . The entire team is very friendly and soft spoken.
At end of the treatment I am 90% fit and all thanks to the team for efforts taken
Would definitely like to recommend before you take decision to go under the knife I.e surgery.

I am a fitness trainer. Because of the injury, I started having pain from 2023. I did not know much about this condition. I talked to Jinish Sir, he recommended me MRI. After MRI, I came to know that I have bulging discs in L3-L4, L4-L5. After MRI, my treatment started under Dr. Nisha Dubey at ANSSI Andheri. I got very good result.
